Booking & Payment

All reservations must be made at least 4 hours in advance.

For urgent requests, special arrangements may be made, subject to availability — except for the Sprinter, which always requires standard notice.

A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include all major credit cards, bank transfers, and other agreed-upon forms.

Term & Distinction

15 min grace period for standard engagement.

30 min grace period for standard engagement on Domestic Flights.

60 min grace period for standard engagement on International Flights.

Cancellation Policy

Sprinter Van:

Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled pickup will result in a minimum two-hour charge.

All Other Vehicles:

Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup will also result in a minimum two-hour charge.

No-Shows:

No-shows are charged the full quoted fare, with no exceptions.

Waiting Time

A 15-minute grace period is included for standard pickups. After this period, an additional fee will be applied for every 15-minute increment.

For airport pickups, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included after the plane lands. Beyond that, waiting time will be billed.

Conduct & Responsibility

Clients and their guests must conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly.

Any damage caused to the vehicle will be the sole responsibility of the client and charged accordingly.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service without refund in the event of inappropriate behavior, excessive intoxication, or safety concerns.

Liability Disclaimer

Johan’s Limo Service is not liable for delays due to weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical failures, or other events beyond our control.

While we strive to be punctual, exact pickup times are not guaranteed.

Smoking, Alcohol & Substances

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

Alcohol may be consumed by passengers 21 years and older, with prior approval.

Illegal drugs or controlled substances are forbidden and will result in immediate termination of the ride without refund.

Child Safety

Clients must notify us in advance if car seats are required. We comply with all child safety regulations and reserve the right to refuse transport if proper safety accommodations are not made.

Privacy Policy

Client information is treated with strict confidentiality.

We do not share or sell your data to third parties unless required by law.

Vehicle Substitution

In case of last-minute maintenance or operational issues, Johan’s Limo Service reserves the right to provide a comparable or upgraded vehicle, at no additional cost to the client.
