Reservation Confirmation
- Your reservation is considered secured only upon receiving a formal confirmation from our concierge team. You will be provided with complete details including your dedicated chauffeur, vehicle assignment, and itinerary.
Payment & Deposits
To reserve your experience, a credit card on file or deposit is required. Certain vehicles or peak periods may require advance payment in full. Corporate clients with established accounts may enjoy invoicing privileges.
Modifications to Your Journey
We understand your schedule may evolve. Modifications are graciously accepted up to 2 hours before pickup, subject to availability and possible adjustments.
Minimum Engagement
A two-hour minimum applies to all vehicle engagements. Extended hourly bookings are welcomed with preferential rates.
Sprinter Van Policy
Due to its elite demand, the Sprinter requires 4 hours’ notice. Cancellations within this window incur a two-hour minimum charge.
No-Show Protocol
Failure to appear within 20 minutes of the scheduled time will result in a no-show charge equal to the full fare.
